Whole chickens are slowly cooked in our Old Hickory smoker before the meat is gently pulled then ready to eat.
We suggest 6 ounces of meat per person and guests with heartier appetites will eat more. One pound feeds approximately 2.25 people and is served with 2 buns per pound, pickles, bbq sauce, and red onions.
