Sunset White is blend of 60% traminette and 40% chardonnay. It explodes with scents of summer such as rose petal, lemon zest, and honeydew. The first sip is bright then gives way to notes of honey and hay. This wine is dry, yet soft and rich with a tease of acid at the end. Pair this with your favorite spicy dish like a Thai green curry.
