Our butcher's favorite steak! We aged all of our steaks in house, using our state-of-the-art Dry Ager Beef aging cabinet. Imported from Germany, this aging cabinet provides the best possible dry aged steaks. These steaks are full flavored, tender, juicy and are perfect for the grill.
All these steaks are a minimum of 35 days aged.
