Our Chef's favorite steak! We aged all of our steaks in house for a minimum of 35 days, using our state-of-the-art Dry Ager aging cabinet imported from Germany. The dry ager reduces water content to intensify the natural flavor of the meat. During the process, the enzymes tenderize the meat. Perfect for the grill.
